I am a Global Event Safety, Crowd Risk & Crisis Response Leader with 23+ years of experience securing stadiums, sports tournaments, music festivals, and high-footfall public events across India and international locations.
My career combines aviation-grade emergency discipline with ground-level crowd safety execution, enabling safe, compliant, and uninterrupted delivery of world-class live experiences.
I began my journey with Jet Airways, progressing from Trainee Cabin Crew to Check Cabin Crew Supervisor, building a strong foundation in emergency response, safety compliance, and high-pressure operations. In 2017, I transitioned into event and stadium safety leadership, managing city-wide and venue-level security frameworks for major sporting and entertainment events.
A career-defining assignment was serving as Venue Safety & Security Manager for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup (Goa), where I implemented FIFA-aligned stadium safety systems and trained 150+ police and private security personnel in crowd management, stewarding, and emergency response.
Since then, I have delivered safety and risk leadership for:
